I did the illustration for my friend Lindsey's non-profit organization, Crank Set Rides (she did the design work), to raise money for bike racks around Cleveland. But mostly to dress up like nerds and act like we are all in Lambda Lambda Lambda and beat the jocks! HA

"yo mom is so big she tripped over saturn and bumped her head in another galaxy! yo mom ain't true she's a fallacy! yo mom's hair so short she's rolls it in rice! yo mom ain't got no brain but she's always thinkin' twice!" lenny mumbled "dude, chef boy ardee glove hands!" to that the mutants let off some mountain crushing wails. barry and lenny felt bad but it was too late. "good things where disguises," barry thought with a moment of wisdom. "oh look cookie!" widsom vanished quicker than a pint of christmas ale when he saw a cookie. old age has made his a.d.d. worse. they hopped back in the time machine ever more rusty.

Eco Pencil Logo (for Faber-Castell)

I designed this logo for Faber-Castell to go along with four art kits that I'm also designing the packages for. I'm not sure if many people are aware of the background of Faber-Castell but they are a pretty cool company. This is an excerpt from the back of the packages that I'm working on. "Social and Environmental Responsobility is a core value of Faber-Castell. 80% of our pencils are produced from wood harvested from our 25,000 acre forest stewardship farm, where 2.5 million young trees are planted each year. Faber-Castell is also the first manufacturer to use environmentally-friendly water based varnish in our pencil production. Faber-Castell has won international renown for their commitment to sustainability and global responsibility." They were a green company way before it was the hip or cool thing to do. I really feel lucky to be working on a project with them.
